When you use the request form, you give us the details you choose to type in: usually your name, email address, phone number, street address or town, and a short description of your roof. We use those details for one purpose, which is to pass your request to one independent local roofing contractor so that company can reach you about an estimate. Your request goes to that single contractor and nowhere else.

To make that hand-off possible, your request is stored with the site's hosting provider. It is deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not sell personal data, rent it, or share it with marketers, lenders or other roofing companies.

The form does not ask for sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, bank or card details, health information or insurance policy numbers, and we ask you not to enter any. If you do, it is handled the same way and deleted on the same schedule.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as browser type and IP address, to keep the site running and secure. That information is not used to build a profile of you.

The site lists no phone number. If you want to ask about your data or have a request removed before the 90 days are up, send a message through the contact form and say what you would like done. Once your details reach the roofing contractor, that company's own privacy practices apply to its copy, so ask the contractor directly about how it keeps customer records.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home and is not directed at children. We may update this policy; the current version is always the one on this page. It is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
